There are many instructions and videos on how to make your typical Advent wreath. However, the many inspirations we received at various interior events such as the Tendence in Frankfurt brought us to the idea of making an Advent wreath entirely of natural materials which is currently very trendy.
In 16 steps we show you how to make the Advent wreath for Christmas.
Besides the YouTube Video (which is in German) we also have the picture series below to help you recreate our project.
– What is needed?
– Choose the color (we use gold here) and paint the acorns
– So the inner of the acorn shines beautifully
– Glitter can help you a bit
– We really need many acorns 🙂
– Before placing, the stem has to go…
– Glue the acorns with a hot glue gun
– Glue the whole area with acorns
– Now we need the gold wrap
– The bottom of the candle gets wrapped with plastic
– Liquid wax in the acorn in which the candle should be placed
– Place the candles carefully
– Glue the band at the bottom of the wreath with superglue
– And now tie the rest of the wreath
– Finally attach the decoration stars
– Done! Looks great!
