It is very difficult to get alternatives to LED or energy-saving technology however the GU10 lamps with their slightly slanted base also fit in the GZ-version.

This means in narrow glasses or vertical spotlights the more efficient bulbs will not look good under circumstances or are not approved for vertical installation. This should be considered when you replace it.
