We like the Tendence in Frankfurt very much. It is regarded as the trade fair at which new stylistic and trend directions will be presented for the coming spring and the summer. With 1,100 exhibitors from 47 countries on an area of 92,600 m², the Tendence fair in Frankfurt is the largest order platform in Germany. It has a range of products in the areas of living, furnishing and decorating, gift items and fashion supplies. Since 2015, however, a lot has changed in the team. In addition to the personnel reorganization and a revised strategy, the offer for furnishing, living and gifting in the areas of living and giving was restructured.
Daff, Goodwill, Henry Dean, Fink, Pad Home Design Concept, Philippi, Raumgestalt, Rosendahl, Sompex and Umbra are presented. New shopping incentives are expected with the new platform called “Village”, at which 10 leading companies on a joint floor in Hall 11.1 show how products can be arranged at the point-of-sale. Participating companies are Cedex Museum Shops, Charles + Marie, Design in the Village, Donkey Products and Good Old Friends, the Gift Company, Mark’s Europe, Paperproducts Design, Reisenthel Accessoires and Werkhaus.
The “Talents” platform offers young designers the opportunity to show their products again.
18 creative designers were chosen, who show their products and unique pieces in different materials such as wood, glass, paper, fabric, porcelain, ceramics and more. The Modern Crafts talents present their work in the area of “Pure & Elegant” in Hall 9.0. The jewelery designers can be found at “Accessories & Jewelery” in Hall 9.2.
Newly established companies will be showcasing their designs in the “Next” area.
They can be found in Hall 9.2 at Accessories & Jewelery, in Hall 11.1 at Young Gifts and Culinary Gifts as well as at the already mentioned Modern Crafts site in Hall 9.0. We are looking forward to the Tendence and to discovering the latest innovations and interesting labels.
